However, because of the nature of the materials used, some imperfections are normal and not necessarily a flaw in the product itself. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your unique, hand-crafted product please contact us within 14 days with a brief explanation. Please note that purchaser will assume responsibility of return shipping fee unless return is a result of our error.
Manufacturer products: You may return most new items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
Zemado is not responsible for damages that might occur after purchase of product or accidental breakage. However, if damage does occur please Contact Us for replacement parts and costs.
