Brown boot purse with cream inlay fringe and rust leather strap

It has a 2 inch cream fringe and accent trim along the bottom edge with a silver concho on the back and a thin rust leather strap with a silver ring that pulls over and secures in front with a stud button to keep items safe. It has a 28 inch detachable thin rust leather strap 1/2 inch wide with silver clasps.
